How do automatic recommendations work?

Automatic recommendations are the core of the Frequently Bought Together app.

They are built automatically by our algorithm using your previous sales data and other factors. The recommendations for one product will be the products that are usually bought together with it, sorted from more frequent to less frequent bought together.

The bigger your sales history is the better the recommendations will be. Particularly, recommendations will be superior if your orders / products ratio is high (you have way more orders than products).

Automatic recommendations are enabled by default and we recommend keeping them enabled, as they lead to higher conversion rates.
