Do you process my customer data?

Our app does not use, collect or store any personal data from your customers. All order data that is used to build the automatic recommendations is already anonymised when Shopify gives it to us.

Are you GDPR-compliant?

GDPR (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation) is a regulation from the European Union that imposes some rules on companies that collect or use personal data. Frequently Bought Together is not affected by that regulation because it does not process or uses any personal data.

Are you CCPA-compliant?

CCPA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Consumer_Privacy_Act) is a regulation from the California State which enhances the consumers' rights on the data that businesses collect or process. Frequently Bought Together is not affected by that regulation because it does not process, handle or use any personal information.

And what about cookies or analytics?

We do not use cookies at all. None of our apps or our pages uses cookies.

On the other hand, we do not use any tracker software, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

We took a radical approach to data protection by not accessing or using any data at all to further respect individual rights.
