In which order are recommendations displayed?

If you have all types of recommendations enabled, the order will be the following:

1. Manual recommendations (if they are configured for the current product)
2. Automatic recommendations (selected by our algorithm)
3. Global recommendations (if they are configured)
4. Filtered random recommendations, if filtering by collection, type, or vendor is enabled.
5. Random recommendations.

Please note that all types of recommendations can be enabled and disabled from the app preferences page.

Optionally, you have the option to shuffle all the recommendations using the following option, which can be found inside 'Recommendation tuning':

Generally, we do not recommend enabling the 'Shuffle' option as the default order should lead to higher conversion rates.
