How to integrate the product rating of Ali Reviews - Product Reviews app with Also Bought

Also Bought allows you to integrate some of the most popular product review apps in the Shopify App Store, one of them being  Ali Reviews - Product Reviews. Moreover, in Also Bought, you can also customize the colours and styles, matching the review count in the widget.

In this article, we will explain how to integrate the product rating of 'Ali Reviews - Product reviews' app with the Also Bought widget.

First, go to the Visual styles section on the Also Bought preferences page:

Once there, select the "Rating" section to configure the product rating:

On this section, you can select the review app that you are using and configure some of their aspects like the rating character that is being used:

In addition, you can also select the Show review count option to display the review count after the star rating and configure the colour and additional styles for the star rating and the review count:

Also Bought allows you to match the rating character configured in Ali reviews - Product Reviews from your store.

You can find the rating character beside the  Icon style preference in the Theme Settings option of the app in your store, such as the one in the following image:

Finally, you will have integrated the product rating in the Also Bought widget in your store. You will get similar look to the screenshot below:

Please note that only products which have reviews will display a star rating and review number count. If no stars appear under the product, this means that the product currently has no reviews.
