Is it possible to show a pop-up or drawer cart after adding products to the cart with Frequently Bought Together?

Unfortunately, not all Shopify themes provide a simple way to integrate apps with all their effects. For this reason, currently, we are only able to offer the cart drawer opening effect for the most popular Shopify themes.

In order to know whether your theme is supported or not, select the policy 'Theme default' in our app preferences page, inside the Advanced preferences:

For the supported themes, the button will display the text 'Added' for some seconds, so that the customer realises that the product has been added to the cart, then it will return to the original text (both texts are configurable in the ' Visual Preferences') and they will remain on the product page:

Also, the shopping cart icon will be updated and the pop-up or drawer cart will be opened, replicating the behaviour from the product page ‘Add to cart’ button:

For themes that are not supported yet, customers will remain on the current page and the clicked button will display the text ‘Added’, just as it happens when the policy 'Remain on the same page' is selected:

If your current theme is not supported, we recommend you to select the ‘Redirect to the cart page’ policy. By doing this, when your customers add a product with the ‘Add to cart’ button from the app, they will be redirected to the cart page and it will prevent any confusion.
