Can be displayed the unavailable variants in the variant selector?

The variant selector shows only the available variants of the product to allow adding it to the cart. However, you can also display unavailable (out of stock) variants as additional information in the variant selector, even when they are not eligible to be added to cart.

This can be easily enabled on the app preferences page. Just do the following:

1. In your Shopify Admin, go to the Apps section
2. Find your Add To Cart Anywhere app 
3. Tap on Visual preferences> Variant selector advanced options
4. Enable the Show also unavailable variants option:

Note that the ' Show variant selector when the product has more than one variant' option must be enabled for this feature to be effective.
