How can I display the discount messages translated?

If you have configured a global discount to be applied to all bundles, you will need to translate these two messages:

How do I add translations for the discount messages using Translate & Adapt?

The Translate and Adapt app by Shopify offers both automatic and manual translation features.

Automatic translation

To create the discount messages translations automatically, select the desired language, and simply click on the "Auto-translate" button:

To create the discount messages translations manually, select the desired language and look for the "Store metadata" section:

Once inside, if you want to translate the global discount messages, look for the following metafields:

  • cbb_frequently_bought_together.discount_message
  • cbb_frequently_bought_together.discount_applied_message

and create the desired translations:

And if you want to translate the individual discount messages of a product with manual recommendations, look for the following metafields:

  • cbb_frequently_bought_together.discount_message_[PRODUCT ID]

where [PRODUCT ID] is the number at the end of the product URL in the Shopify admin.
