How do the converted products analytics work?
This metric displays the number of products that were added to the cart using our app and subsequently purchased.
Usage & Attribution This data helps you evaluate how effective the app is at driving conversions.
- What it means: It tracks that the method used to add the product was our app's button.
- What it doesn't mean: It does not imply that the app was the sole reason for the purchase decision (we know your customers buy your products because they like them!).
Calculation Rules
- Trigger: A product is considered "converted" the moment the order is created.
- Order Modifications: Subsequent changes to the order are not tracked.
- Cancellations: Since the data is captured at order creation, cancelled orders remain counted in this metric.
