Problem gathering recommendation data error

The app uses the Shopify API to gather your product and sales data to generate the recommendations for your store. 

Sometimes when there is an intermediate issue with Shopify API you will get this warning message.

When you get this warning you don't need to worry, because it's not something wrong with the application, but with the Shopify API. Once API issue is fixed, app will start to work normally.

In our experience Shopify API errors will be solved automatically in a matter of hours but if the problem persists please drop us an email and we will do our best to help.
