Can I translate the first item heading text?

Yes, of course, all texts in the app user interface can be translated.

You will find that text in the app preferences page, in the Visual styles → Name section. There, you can translate the text for your primary store language.

For secondary languages, please navigate to the Advanced preferences section, where you will find our Multi-language preferences.
