I just added new products, but the app is not recognising the products as available

After you create a new product, Shopify has to send us its data and depending on the platform conditions, may take from a few seconds to a few hours. Do not worry as the new data will be there sooner than later.

You can proceed with the configuration even if we do not have the product data (in this case, the app will only show the product ID). Once we get the data, the configuration will be applied automatically and your work will not be lost.
