Why can't I see the app statistics?

We only want to display useful data so, if the app does not have enough data to build the statistics, it will not display any statistics at all.

It is similar to conducting an opinion poll for a general election with, say, only 10 people. Surely the data would not be useful at all and it is better not having any data than having bad and unusable data.

These are some reasons why the stats may not be available:

• The app has been recently installed in your store.
• Your store is password-protected.
• The app is not enabled in your store or has not been consistently enabled in your store.
• Your store has low traffic or low sales volume.
• Your store has some Javascript code which blocks the stats population.
