Why can't I see the app analytics?
If you can see the analytics section, but the data remains at zero or doesn't match your actual store activity, it is likely due to a technical configuration issue preventing the app from tracking events.
Please check the following common causes:
- The app is not enabled in your theme: Go to your Theme Editor, check the "App Embeds" section, and ensure this app is toggled ON. If it was disabled, tracking will start from the moment you enable it.
- JavaScript conflicts: Some third-party apps or custom code in your theme might be blocking our tracking script. If you suspect a conflict, try disabling other recent apps or check your browser console for errors.
- Your store is password-protected: If your storefront is currently locked with a password (e.g., during development), the tracking script may not load for visitors until the store is public.
