Do I need to know HTML or Liquid to configure Video Background?

No knowledge of HTML or Liquid is required to configure the Video Background app.

Video Background has a fully-featured preferences page to create and configure as many videos as you want.:

You will find that the Video settings page is intuitive and user-friendly for you to tune the configuration as desired. 

In addition, if you feel confident editing CSS, it is possible to set custom styles in the Additional styles text area in the Advanced options:

While some HTML background is beneficial, it is not mandatory to get the app fully working in your store.
