The Shipping Rates Calculator+ widget appears twice

The Shipping Rates Calculator+ widget may appear several times inside a page, depending on the configuration.

This is indeed a feature because some Shopify themes can display several cart forms at the same time. For example, a drawer cart and a pop-up cart can be displayed simultaneously on a product page.

However, sometimes the app widget may appear several times incorrectly:

The most common reason is that the app is configured to appear in a particular location, and also the app places the widget automatically in a different location.

The fix is really easy; simply  disable the dynamic cart in the app preferences page on the Advanced preferences section:

Alternatively, you can remove the manual location for the widget and enable only the dynamic cart support.
