Can I prevent the widget to appear in some place?

When we have the dynamic cart support enabled, the app widget may appear in some undesired location:

You can find the dynamic cart support option in the Advanced preferences section under the title Drawer, and pop-up carts support.

The simplest option to avoid that is disabling the dynamic cart placement and configuring its position manually.

However, sometimes we need the widget to be appended dynamically but we don't want it someplace. In that case, we can prevent that by adding the CSS class cbb-shipping-rates-ignored-element to any parent element of the location of the widget.
