The app does not show the exact shipping rates

If you notice that the shipping rates shown in the widget are not the same as those at checkout, you may simply need to upgrade the app. To do so, please go to the Advanced preferences section and click on the following button:

If you don't find it, that means that your app is completely up to date. In that case, or if the issue persists after updating, please contact our support team at [email protected].
