How the Live preview works?

We created the Live Preview feature to make it much easier for you to see how your shipping calculator's design changes will look before you save them.

You will find it within the Visual Styles section on the app preferences pages.

How Does It Work?

This feature loads a sample of your widget exactly as it would appear on your store, using the colors and appearance of your current Shopify theme.

• Most Realistic Scenario: It shows you how the widget will look like on your actual store, allowing you to experiment with styles safely.

• Adjust Without Fear: Thanks to this, you can make and undo changes to colors, fonts, and other visual settings before saving them, ensuring the result is perfect.

Key Things to Know About the Live Preview

To ensure the Live Preview always works and shows you something useful, we include a few sample details:

• The shipping rates you see are examples:
  • We use sample shipping rates, so the preview always has content to display. We do this because your actual shipping zones might not be fully configured yet, or your current location might not trigger a rate. This way, you can always see how the text and pricing will look.
