Can this app show recommendations for a new store with very few sales or no sales?

The app core feature is automatic recommendations based on previous sales and other factors but, if the app cannot find automatic recommendations for your products, you can either show random products or configure manual recommendations (on a product by product basis). You can also show global recommendations (the same for all products). Please check the related articles on how to configure them.

By default the app will only display automatic and random recommendations after installation.
