Yes, multiple Frequently Bought Together discounts can be combined with each other, provided they are all configured as combinable and comply with Shopify’s combination rules.

Supported combinations
First of all, it’s important to know the types of discounts that Frequently Bought Together offers depending on what the discount applies to. These are:
- Product discounts (percentage discount, fixed amount discount, cheapest item for free discount)
- Shipping discounts (free shipping discount)
According to Shopify's documentation, a maximum of five product discounts and one shipping discount can be combined on the same order in the following ways:
- Product discounts + Product discounts (applied to different products)
- Product discounts + Shipping discounts
