Converting prices inside pop-ups and iframes

Currency Converter+ can convert prices in any section of the Shopify store. It is even possible to convert prices in pop-ups as long as they are displayed as HTML content but it is not possible to convert prices inside an HTML iframe.

A fundamental security policy on browsers prevents iframe content to be modified (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross-origin_resource_sharing for very technical details) so no app cannot convert the prices inside.

There are several apps on the Shopify marketplace that embed their widgets in an iframe and as a consequence, Currency Converter+ cannot access its content and convert the prices.

If you have an option to embed the widget as HTML content instead as an HTML iframe, our app will be able to access its contents and modify the prices.
